Step 1 – RELAX:
For a full bath, add half a sachet of Relaxing Bath Salts to warm water. Let the salts dissolve and enjoy a relaxing bath for at least 20 minutes. Also suitable as a foot bath for tired feet.

Step 2 – EXFOLIATE:
Apply the Exfoliating Foot Scrub to clean, damp skin. Gently massage in circular motions over the feet and lower legs to improve circulation. Rinse off with warm water. Prepares the skin perfectly for the foot care routine.

Step 3 – CARE (feet and body):
Daily – morning and evening – massage into clean, dry feet. For very dry skin, apply a thick layer of cream, put on socks, and let the product absorb. Warm the oil in the palms of your hands and gently massage into the skin, focusing on very dry areas. This product can be combined with our foot balm for extra nourishment.

Step 4 – RESTORE:
Massage the Soothing Lotion for Tired Legs & Feet into the skin using upward movements from the arches of the feet to the lower legs to stimulate circulation. Reapply as needed.

Warning – Soothing Lotion for Tired Legs & Feet:
Do not use on damaged or sensitive skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. This product contains eucalyptus oil. Wash hands after use. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for pregnant and/or breastfeeding women.

  • Murumuru butter: protects skin from dryness and strengthens the skin barrier

  • Pomegranate enzyme: gently removes dead skin cells and reduces roughness

  • Willow bark extract: softens the skin’s surface

  Soothing Dry Oil:

  • Jojoba oil: protects the skin from long-term moisture loss

  • Calendula oil: softens and calms the skin

  • Sesame oil: improves overall appearance and elasticity of the skin

  • Evening primrose oil: regenerates and strengthens the skin barrier

  Soothing Lotion for Tired Legs & Feet:

  • Menthol: stimulates the body for an immediate cooling sensation

  • Arnica oil: helps relieve muscle soreness

  • Eucalyptus oil: stimulates circulation and provides a pleasantly cooling effect
