SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer worldwide delivery. We aim to process and ship all goods within 3-5 working days, therefore please allow up to 10 days for delivery. We offer free shipping for all orders over 150 Euro World Wide. 
All prices quoted on the website are in Euro. If you're paying a different currency, the final price conversion will show upon your bank statement after payment confirmation. The exchange rate will be dependent on your bank currency exchange rates on the day of payment.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation providing your delivery tracking number with an estimated delivery time, allowing you to track your order until its delivery. You may be required to sign for your item upon delivery. If a delivery is missed, you will be eligible for a second attempt delivery, however after two missed deliveries, if an online order is to be re-delivered again then the customer is required to cover these costs.

The delivery times stated in your email are only estimates and once the courier has collected the item, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please note that in certain areas around the world, only a limited range of delivery services is available. We will aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or weather conditions.

There may be local duties and taxes applied onto your order depending on the destination country. You may be required to pay these import duties and taxes to the courier on delivery. Please contact your local customs office for further information about this.

Please ensure that all billing and shipping details are correctly provided. Once a delivery has been shipped we are unable to re-direct packages and unable to take responsibility for lost packages that have been signed for as being received.

RETURNS POLICY

We aim to provide you with full satisfaction in regards to your experience with our website and services. Please notify us via email (shop@eatdustclothing.com) of your intent to return within 14 days of receipt of your purchase(s). Returns received after this time frame or without notification will be rejected by our team.

When returning, please ensure to include the product reference and original order confirmation in the package. Customers must arrange their own return shipping service and cover all duty costs - any outstanding duties to be paid upon receiving your returns will be deducted from the refund total. We strongly recommend that you notify our team of any shipment tracking numbers you may have and insure the return shipment as we are unable to accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during transit to our warehouse.

Attention: Returns from outside the EU must be shipped via private courier of your choice (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) and must have a commercial invoice attached on the outside of the parcel. 

All sale / off-season items are final sale.

The following conditions must be met for the return to be approved and the refund processed:

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Item(s) must be returned in their original condition. All garment tags must still be attached and any packaging provided (shoe boxes, dust bags etc.) is considered part of the product and must be returned to receive a refund.
Items that have been returned without garment tags or seals will not be accepted.
Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, as they were sent to ensure that products are delivered undamaged.

If the conditions as detailed above are not met for any returned items we shall notify you by e-mail. In such a case, you may have the option to have the products returned to you at your expense. If you refuse to accept the return delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the original order.

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges directly and recommend customers arrange a return for their original purchase and re-purchase replacement items directly on the site.

REFUNDS

We aim to handle all refunds within 7 to 9 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. Once your return has been processed and refunded, you will receive an email confirmation.

Please note that refunds can take 3-5 days until they appear on your bank account. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Your refund will be processed minus any original delivery shipping charges selected. Please note we are unable to accept responsibility for any duties and taxes incurred on delivery and recommend customers contact their local authorities for any further information regarding these payments.

SECURE PAYMENTS

All payments will be done through Shopify pay. Shopify pay accepts payments from the following cards:

Visa (credit and debit cards)
MasterCard (credit and debit cards)
American Express
Discover (US merchants only)

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment , we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take great care in ensuring our site is secure for all international customers, and therefore all credit/debit card transactions are processed through the globally trusted Shopify pay as our online payment method host. Shopify pay is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. If you are a registered www.eatdustclothing.com user, we will securely store your credit/debit card details on our systems. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions, which you have initiated.

Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.

SHOPPING FROM OUTSIDE THE EU

Customers outside the EU may need to pay import taxes and duties. These charges are standard for international orders and are required by your country’s customs regulations.

  • Import Duties: Many countries apply tariffs to protect local industries. Duties are based on the type and value of the product.
  • Local Taxes (VAT or GST): Foreign goods are often taxed the same way as local products, ensuring fair competition.
  • Customs Fees: Customs processing fees cover inspections and compliance with local laws.

Customs Thresholds:
Whether taxes and duties apply to all orders or only above a certain amount depends on your country’s customs regulations. Below are some guidelines:

  • UK: Import VAT applies to goods over £135. Customs duties may also apply for items over this value.
  • USA: Goods under $800 are generally exempt from import duties.
  • Australia: Goods under AUD 1,000 may not incur import duties, but GST may still apply.
  • Canada: Items under CAD 20 may be exempt from duties, but taxes can still apply.
