Over the past fifteen years, we’ve developed everything through close collaboration with our friends. It hasn't been a formal strategy but simply how we work best, like a symbiotic relationship. This year is no different, and we believe it will continue to grow as our circle broadened with two people who only recently crossed our path.

I met Daniel on the final day of the 2025 Sunburn Chopper Rally, somewhere at the tail end of our journey through the South of Spain. When he invited us over to his place, I discovered that he had a sharp eye behind the lens. A brilliant photographer, the kind who doesn’t need words to show you how he sees his world.

A few months later, on the eve of Run the Diable, I met Alex. Jelle mentioned that his friend, “the mastermind behind Dirty Paradise Jewellery”, was driving in from Barcelona with a bike in the back of his van. It had only one problem, it wasn’t running. The moment Alex arrived, we unloaded it, and Jelle got to work. Only a couple of minutes later, and some wrenches turned, the engine kicked back alive.

That weekend, I spent some time riding alongside Alex. There was something about his style, his attitude, his way of being, effortless, but intentional. The kind of presence that sticks with you.

It didn’t take long to connect the dots. So I asked Daniel and Alex if they were down for a little project together. And so the Spanish Connection was born.

When you trust people's vision, things tend to flow easily, as confirmed again when we sent over a box of clothing to Alex and gave him complete freedom to style it as he would wear it. Daniel was there to capture it all, with no direction or overthinking, just letting things unfold freely.

This has always been our belief: the best outcomes occur naturally when the right people, energy, and timing come together on their own.

This is just the beginning, and we are looking forward to new adventures together.
