JUNIOR BACK OFFICE SALES ASSISTANT • FULL-TIME • HQ ANTWERP

For our HQ in Antwerp Eatdust – Girls of Dust is looking for a fulltime junior back-office sales assistant (wholesale & online) to join the team in Antwerp. Your main goal is to assist our sales and logistics managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales cycle. In essence, it's the behind-the-scenes work that enables the sales team to focus on closing deals. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data Collection: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data, sales records, and product information. 
  • Order Processing: Ensuring that orders are entered correctly, processed efficiently, and delivered on time. 
  • Customer Support: Providing administrative and technical support to customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues. 
  • Coordination: Facilitating communication and collaboration between different departments, such as sales, production, and logistics. 
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generating sales reports, analysing sales data, and identifying trends.
  • Assisting Online Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack the web orders (b2c) first thing every morning & during sales periods (January and July), coordinate the wholesale shipments.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Affinity with the brand.
  • Experience in customer service back end is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Hands-on mentality.
  • Fluent in  English & Dutch, French  and any additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT & Word),  Zedonk and or Shopify is a plus.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.

This role will be based full-time from our HQ in Antwerp.
